How to Pick the Right Grade
- Maximum tensile strength
CPU-49-WP101I-A/B delivers the highest values at all temperatures (up to 30 N/mm² at –20 °C).
- Extreme temperature swing
Again, CPU-49-WP101I-A/B offers the best strength retention from –20 °C to 60 °C.
- High flexibility
Both CPU-184-UT50B-A/B and CPU-49-WP101I-A/B hit 720 % elongation—ideal for roofs that move.
- Tear resistance
CPU-49-WP101I-A/B tops the chart at 48 N/mm. Choose it for heavy-duty, abrasion-prone areas.
- Long-term durability
In heat, UV, alkali, and acid aging, CPU-49-WP101I-A/B shows the best retention, making it perfect for sun-exposed roofs.
Material Consumption Guide
Packaging note – One “set” = 30 kg (A component 20 kg + B component 10 kg). Always round
up to the next full set.
A. Flat surfaces (design rate = 1 mm ≈ 1.3 kg / m² per coat)
B. Vertical surfaces (design rate = 0.5 kg / m² per coat)
C. Primer / Base-coat / Top-coat (two layers each)
Design consumption:
• Primer = 0.3 kg / m² • Base-coat = 2.6 kg / m² • Top-coat = 0.6 kg / m²

* Figures exclude surface irregularities, waste, and weather-related losses. Adjust upward if the substrate is rough or highly absorbent. Actual usage varies with application method, coat thickness, and surface profile.
