Hot Cast PU

Hot cast PU is polyisocyante (TDI or MDI) terminated polyurethane prepolymer for casting elastomer use. Hot cast PU provides high tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, oil & solvent resistance and loading bearing. Because this series of PU prepolymer needs to be processed and cured at higher temperature, it is called hot cast PU.

Hot cast PU can be used to produce PU forklift tire, conveyor roller, oil seal, castor wheel, scraper, cutting board, shock absorption rod and sheet…etc.
