What is TPUCO PUR Wood Glue?

TPUCO PUR Wood Glue is a liquid, moisture-curing, MDI-based, one-component binder designed for wood-to-wood bonding at room temperature. This PUR wood glue is VOC-free, eco-friendly, and forms strong adhesion on various materials with outstanding water resistance. Additionally, this PUR wood glue has a short drying time and a slight foaming effect, making it suitable for structural wood lamination processes, construction projects, and furniture making.

How to Use TPUCO PUR Wood Glue:

Apply glue to one wood piece.
Brush evenly.
Clamp both wood pieces together using woodworking clamps.
Adjust and fix the position of the bonded pieces within 10 minutes.
Wipe off excess glue with a dry cloth.
Clamp the wood pieces for at least 90-120 minutes.
After 90-120 minutes, remove cured adhesive on the surface and smooth with sandpaper.

Notes:
** The adhesive working time is dependent on ambient conditions; higher temperature and humidity accelerate the curing rate.
** The adhesive forms a bond after 2-3 hours at ambient conditions and reaches optimum bonding strength after 24 hours.
