Product Introduction

APPLICATION
Water based polyurethane hardener WPU-70-62I-80 can react with -NH2, -OH, -COOH, -NHCOO-, -NHCONH- and other functional groups in water-based PU resin and improve the strength, scratch resistance and water resistance of PU film.

To crosslink 100 pbw water-based PU dispersion, it can be added 3-5% pbw of WPU-70-62I-80. When water based polyurethane hardener WPU-70-62I-80 is used as a crosslinker with water-based PU dispersion, stirring with machine for 5 to 10 minutes to make it completely mixed is needed. After adding WPU-70-62I-80, the water-based PU dispersion must be used within 2~4 hours. In order to avoid waste, it is recommended to mix the appropriate amount required for the production.

CHARACTERISTIC
Water based polyurethane hardener WPU-70-62I-80 is a water-emulsifiable aliphatic polyisocyanate which is used as cross-linking agent for water-based PU dispersions.
Water based polyurethane hardener WPU-70-62I-80 has high NCO content, good resistance to yellowing and good water-dispersibility. It could increase thermal softening temperature of water-based PU dispersion and improve the heat resistance, water resistance performance.
NOTICE
WPU-70-62I-80 is sensitive to moisture and should be stored in its sealed original containers tightly. This product should be prevented from direct sunlight. Keep away from ignition and heat sources.
STORAGE
WPU-70-62I-80 should be stored in a cool (10-30℃) well ventilated and dry place, temperatures higher than 40℃ or lower than 5℃ should be avoided.
PACKING
1 kg/1liter bottle or 200 kg/drum.
