Product Introduction

Application
This series of hot-cast polyurethane (also named as polyurethane prepolymer) is suitable to make bushes, Castor Wheels, Couplings, Conveyor Rollers, Cutting Boards, Fork-lift Tyres, Gears, Grading Screens, Pneumatic and Oil Seals, Scrapers, Skate Wheels, Wire Guides.
Introduction
PTMEG-based MDI-terminated prepolymer is normally cured with1,4-Butanediol (1,4-BDO) to yield an elastomer. This product is for hot-casting polyurethane use. The product is an elastomer with excellent toughness which is characteristic of MDI-PTMEG systems without solvent or plasticizer.

Processing procedure 1) Pour mixed materials into moulds, which have been preheated to 110℃ and precoated with release agent. Demold casting after 2 hours at 110℃.

Notice: These values are based on the test of our present laboratory test specimens.
Storage
To avoid moisture in the air, hot-cast polyurethane should be stored in sealed container at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

6 months.
