Product Introduction

Application
These are casting polyurethane for shoe mold making. They are two-component systems. The casting polyurethane grades are designed for shoe mold production with excellent mechanical property. The mixing ratio is 100:100, easy to process. Hardness of the casting polyurethane grades includes 60A, 70A, 80A and 90A.

Technical Data
Polyurethane shoe mold system CPU-105-M309A is modified MDI isocyanate prepolymer without solvent. It can react with various polyol components to get PU elastomer final products with different hardness.

Suggested curing process	Product can be demolded after curing at room temperature for 2-3 hours or at 80℃ for 1 hour. The curing can be completed after curing in oven at 70-80℃ for 12 hours. Let the product stay at room temperature for more than 3 days to prolong the working life of elastomer product.		Product can be demolded after curing at room temperature for 1-2 hours. The curing can be completed after curing in oven at 100-120℃ for 1 hour. Let the product stay at room temperature for more than 3 days to prolong the working life of elastomer product.
