Description
TPUCO PU Wood Glue is a moisture curing, MDI-based, one-component binder designed for wood-to-wood bonding. This PU Wood Glue is VOC-free, eco-friendly, and forms strong adhesion on varied materials with outstanding water resistance ability. Moreover, this PU Wood Glue has a short drying time and a slightly foaming effect, making it suitable for construction project and furniture-making.

Properties

Can be used in areas exposed to moisture and water. 7. Flexible even after bonding 8. A strong bond is achieved after 2-3 hrs at ambient condition & optimum strength is achieved after 24 hrs.

Working Life
Working life is dependent on ambient conditions. Higher the temperature and humidity, faster the curing rate.

How To Use
1. Apply glue on a wood piece 2. Brush evenly 3. Clamp both wood pieces together with woodworking clamps 4. Adjust and fix the position of the bonding pieces within 10 minutes 5. Wipe off excess glue with a dry cloth 6. Clamping the wood pieces for at least 90-120 mins 7. Remove cured adhesive on the surface and smooth with sandpaper Note that the adhesive working time is dependent on ambient conditions. Higher the temperature and humidity, faster the curing rate. The adhesive forms bonding after 2-3 hrs at ambient conditions and reaches optimum bonding strength after 24 hrs.

Storage
The PU Wood Glue should be stored in their original, unopened containers at a temperature range between 20°C and 30°C. The shelf life of unopened, sealed containers is approximately six months under those storage conditions.
