CPU-49-MF-14H-A/B (Casting PU Resin) polyurethane liquid mold rubber is low odor, fast-setting urethane elastomers which offers high-performance, room-temperature curing systems, wear resistance and impact resistance.
CPU-49-MF-14H-A/B rubbers cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will last in production. Mold rubbers work especially well for casting pigmented / colored concrete. Molds made with urethanes will render accurate and uniform colored castings.

Process Method
  1. Before use, be sure that Parts A and B are at room temperature(25°C) and that all tools are ready. Mixing tools and containers should be clean and made of metal or plastic.
  2. Part B should be well mixed before using. After dispensing equal amounts of Parts A and B into mixing container, mix thoroughly for at least 1 minute.
  3. If mixing large quantities at one time, use a mechanical mixer for 1 minute followed carefully. Then, pour entire quantity into a new, clean mixing container and do it all over again. Although this casting PU resin is formulated to minimize air bubbles in the cured rubber, vacuum degassing prior to pouring rubber will further reduce entrapped air.
  4. Part B should be well mixed before using every time.
Storage
Casting PU Resin are moisture sensitive and will absorb atmospheric moisture. Component A is a milky-white liquid at room temperature(25℃), but it will become waxy-like under 18℃.Casting PU Resin should be stored in dry condition and the temperature above 23℃.
